A spacious 80' x 160' indoor arena, 150' X 150' outdoor arena, large stalls for "creature comfort", boasting personalized attention to every horse. Turn out and stall cleaning 7 days a week, matted stalls and aisles, hot/cold water wash rack for keeping your horse happy and healthy and looking their best for summer, fall, winter, and spring. Two large tack rooms with 2 feedings a day including grain both in the morning and evening. Outdoor round pen, viewing room with bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, and office, and to round it out, a security system, fly predators and misting system throughout.
